Pete Carlson, CPA (Inactive)
Co-Founder
Pete co-founded Rock Solid Financials to bring the financial leadership he saw in his CFO career to the businesses and organizations that deserve it most. He’s still a hands-on leader. If you’re a client, there’s a good chance Pete has spoken with you directly, reviewed your financials personally, or mapped out a strategic plan tailored to your goals. He leads discovery calls, shapes advisory engagements, and serves as the firm’s primary outside sounding board for clients navigating major financial decisions.
Pete is a lifelong numbers person: the kind of leader who’ll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.
Tiffany Carlson, CPA (Inactive)
Co-Founder
Tiff is the template of the employee we wanted when we started Rock Solid. Moms that wanted to work 20-25 hours a week and also be present at home and have flexibility – that is the mold where we find our best employees!
Tiff doesn’t work in the firm anymore, she enjoys time with our 3 growing/busy girls – just want to be clear she isn’t working anymore day to day but want to tell her story and how she helped shape the Rock Solid model!
